Preschool Christmas Party Bookings - Loopy Tunes Preschool Music

PLEASE NOTE: As the Christmas Party season is one of our busiest times of the year, your booking can only be confirmed once your Party details, and a $100 deposit, have been received. Sunday, 17 December will be our last booking date.

Our standard fee for a Preschool Christmas Party is $250 for a 30-40 minute interactive music performance during the weekday (before 2pm), within Christchurch.

** Mobile speaker included. Travel costs will be added if outside of Christchurch (eg. Rangiora, Rolleston, etc) ** Bookings after 4.30pm (during the week), or in the weekends, are $350.

PARTY INFO

Please provide as many details as possible, below. We will bring our own battery-operated speaker, which will be set up on a speaker stand. For safety reasons (and in consideration of the demograph we perform to), we may set ourselves up behind a barrier to perform, and to keep the speaker and other equipment behind, also. If possible, we would love a car park allocated to us, as we have quite a bit of gear and over the years, finding a parking spot can sometimes be tricky. We will check-in with you about this, closer to the time.

In the past we have provided these, however, we often have 2 or 3 performances a day and no time in-between to clean the shakers, etc, so if you have some (or are able to source some for the day), then we would love to use them in the performance, please.

Would you like us to sing Santa/Mrs Claus in?

We can sing in your Santa/Mrs Claus with "Santa/Mrs Claus Is Coming To Town". It will usually be after our bubble song!

PAYMENT INFO

Travel fee (15-25kms from Christchurch Central, eg. Rolleston, Lincoln, Kaiapoi, etc) - $ 30.00
Travel fee (26-40kms from Christchurch Central, eg. Rangiora, West Melton, Waikuku, etc) - $ 40.00

We will confirm your booking, via email, within 48-hours of receiving your form, and will send you an invoice. If there is a date or time clash, we will let you know within 24-hours. In order to secure your date/time, we require a $100 deposit that will be deducted from your fee. The remaining amount is due two weeks before your party/event date. You are welcome to pay the full fee, up front, too. Please note REFUND POLICY, below.

REFUND POLICY

Happy to refund if needing to cancel due to circumstances outside of your control, at any time. We would otherwise need to keep deposit, if cancelling within a week of your booking day and time, for any other reason. However, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss this further. 🙂
