2024 Preschool Christmas Parties (Ōtautahi/Christchurch only)

** We are available for these bookings from Friday, 29 November, through to Sunday, 15 December, only.

These are bookings for Christchurch ECE Centres, only. If you are an out-of-Christchurch Preschool enquiring about us performing at your Centre’s Christmas Party this year, please flick us an email via our Contacts Page.

Our standard fee is $250 for 40-minutes of super fun and interactive Christmas-inspired music entertainment for your Centre’s tamariki and whānau.

Please note: this is the minimum fee for a party held within Christchurch, before 2pm, on a weekday. Parties booked after 4.30pm are $350, and weekend bookings are $450. Travel costs apply, where relevant, as per rates indicated on Page 3 of the bookings form, below.

PLEASE NOTE: As the Christmas Party season is one of our busiest times of the year, your booking can only be confirmed once your Party details, and a $100 deposit, have been received. Sunday, 15 December will be our last booking date.

** Mobile speaker included. Travel costs will be added if outside of Christchurch (eg. Rangiora, Rolleston, etc), and will be between $30-$40

Below are the dates that we are currently available to book in for. We will endeavour to keep this as updated as possible!
We allocate three timeslots a day for the Christmas Parties - Morning, Afternoon, Evening - with a 2hr gap between each one to allow plenty of time for pack-up, travel between locations, and set-up at the next venue.

** Mornings = any time between 9.30-11am / Afternoons = any time between 12-2pm / Evenings = any time between 4.30-6pm

In the past we have provided these, however, we often have 2 or 3 performances a day and no time in-between to clean the shakers, etc, so if you have some (or are able to source some for the day), then we would love to use them in the performance, please.

Would you like us to sing Santa/Mrs Claus in?

We can sing in your Santa/Mrs Claus with "Santa/Mrs Claus Is Coming To Town". It will usually be after our bubble song!

REFUND POLICY

Happy to refund if needing to cancel due to circumstances outside of your control, at any time. We would otherwise need to keep deposit, if cancelling within a week of your booking day and time, for any other reason. However, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss this further. 🙂
